For outing and league-day organizers

One clear place to run the day.

Birdie Book keeps arrivals, your money notes, live scoring, and the final result together, so the organizer and every group are looking at the same day.

From arrival to the final board

The whole outing, in the order it happens.

01

Before the first group

Know who is here and ready.

Set your groups before the day begins. At arrival, the organizer console shows who has checked in, who is still expected, and which groups are ready to head out.

02

Money, recorded plainly

Keep a clean record of what came in.

Record entry fees and side-game amounts as players pay. Birdie Book does not process payments or move money; it gives the organizer one clear place to note money collected elsewhere.

03

While everyone plays

Put the live round on the clubhouse TV.

Scores entered on the course roll up to the live board. Players coming in early and guests in the clubhouse can follow the same standings, contests, and moments as the field finishes.

04

When the last card is in

Finalize the results and share them.

Review the board, finalize the event, and keep a shareable result everyone can return to after the day. No spreadsheet cleanup and no photo of a paper board required.

Bringing the course in

Running the day with a course partner?

We are piloting Birdie Book with a small group of courses and helping each one set up its first event day.
